When we think of health, most of us picture physical body nutrition, exercise, sleep, and medical care. But true wellbeing extends far beyond the physical. According to holistic health coaches and healers, we actually live within four interconnected bodies: the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Each of these influences the others, creating harmony when aligned or imbalance when neglected.

The Spiritual Body: Horizon and Tuning Fork


Often described as the horizon or a tuning fork, the spiritual body is your compass. It’s not limited to religion or traditional practices—it could mean connecting with God, the universe, collective energy, or simply a sense of inner purpose and morals that guide you in life.
