3-month and 6-month containers, hour long sessions with set days and times for consistency and momentum. All sessions online.
Cancellation Policy
No Refunds All payments for health coaching packages are non-refundable. By purchasing a package, you agree to this policy in full. Cancellations If you need to cancel an appointment, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be considered a forfeited session. Rescheduling One rescheduled appointment is permitted per package. Any additional rescheduling requests beyond that one allowance will result in forfeiture of that session, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in advance. No-Shows Appointments missed without any prior notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling. Late Arrivals Sessions will begin and end at their scheduled time regardless of late arrival. The session will not be extended, and the full session is considered used. Exceptions Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of 4Bodies Health & Healing and must be discussed and confirmed in advance.
